Local Recruitment

Working in various areas in different communities, we recruit labour from the communities we work in. This Local Recruitment seeks to employ people that are from the target community, who know how to interact with the community in the most efficient way. This makes sure that we create jobs and empower the target community as well as create a sense of ownership in projects.

Training

The local labour will be guided on project execution & team work. In the labour most cases is not skilled and so we undergo training sessions of safety procedures, & use of personal protective equipment, (PPE). This meets the government regulations of Accelerated Shared Growth Initiative South Africa (ASGISA) for skills development.
